Science Fiction Fantasy Short Film Festival (SFFSFF) is an international film festival dedicated to the kind of film fantasy and sci-fi world. The SFFSFF held annually, Every winter, Seattle, Washington at the world famous Teatro Seattle_Cinerama. The festival brings together industry professionals and film genres of science fiction and fantasy to encourage and support the new additions, creative science fiction and fantasy art film. The (SFFSFF) is a coproduction of EMP_SFM And Siff.

Official Program Guide for the 5th edition of Science Fiction + Fantasy Short Film Festival.

Originally, the festival when it was announced in 2005 was named the Science Fiction Festival Short. The "word and the object of fantasy and it was later the 2009 edition. SFFSFF mission is to promote and encourage awareness, appreciation and understanding the art of science fiction and film exceptional. eattle robust art scene and strong film culture offers opportunities for creative filmmakers to tell stories in the context of science fiction, and fosters a relationship between filmmakers, directors, producers, writers and the public, "said Teresa Littleton, EMP / GDF spokesperson. The sound is a great event to recognize achievement and innovation in the disciplines of science fiction films and storytelling and EMP / SFM is proud to be part of it. Proposals will be judged on originality, quality, artistic value, innovation, voice, style and narrative. A group of nationally recognized distinguished films, television, literature, industry and professional science fiction, peers and film critics qualification considered submissions annual festival to select the winners.

2006

The first Science Fiction Short Film Festival was held February 4, 2006 at the Teatro Seattle_Cinerama Seattle, Washington. Twenty original short films shown in competition to win a golf development SCI_FI chain. Thirteen of the twenty directors were able to attend the party, two trips to Seattle from as far away as Israel and Ireland.

On February 3, 2007, the second edition of the Science Fiction Short Film Festival was held in Seattle_Cinerama Theatre in Seattle, Washington. The festival of science fiction played to a packed house for the second consecutive year. In a field of dozens of entries, science fiction movies, best short film has been selected through United States as well as England, Australia and Taiwan. A jury of media professionals have selected the best films of the 20 selected. During the festival, filmmakers responded to questions from the audience as the crowd voted for their favorite film.

On February 2, 2008, the annual Science Fiction Short Film Festival was held in Seattle_Cinerama Theatre in Seattle, Washington. Science Fiction Short Film Festival promotes and fosters awareness, appreciation and understanding of the art of science fiction cinema. Its mandate is to create a forum for artistic creativity in science fiction and recognize the most outstanding short films produced. A high-level meeting with the leaders of SCI FI Channel for opportunity to write or potentially achieve a two-hour movie for the network was the grand prize.

Science Fiction + Fantasy Short Film Festival promotes and encourages awareness, appreciation and understanding of the art of science fiction and film exceptional. Its mandate is create a forum for artistic creativity in science fiction and fantasy film and recognize the most outstanding short films of the product. On January 30, 2010, the Annual Science Fiction Film Festival will be held at Seattle_Cinerama Theatre in Seattle, Washington. 10 short films will be screened at the first session 4:00 pm 18:00, 10 short films will be screened at the second session 7:00 pm until 21:00. The ceremony follows the second session price.
