Is it illegal to put a 3 year old child in a booster or car seat in the front seat of a vehicle?
I don’t know if all states have the same child restraint laws. I need to know what Arizona’s laws are. Thanks!

Experts do not even consider a 3 yr old to be safe in a booster seat *anywhere*. The minimum recommendation for a booster is 4 yrs and 40 pounds. It is actually recommended that you use a 5 point harness *as long as possible*… even adult race car drivers use a 5 pt harness because it is *safer*.
It is also 30% more likely for *any* passenger in the front seat to be seriously injured… particularly a child… no matter how correctly restrained.
Who cares about laws where your child’s safety is concerned? Put the kid in the back in a 5 point harness carseat.
