How should I go throughout the rest of high school to get my law degree?
I am a sophomore in high school and it is that time of year again to pick my classes for the next year. I am in the top 10% of my class and have great grades. I want to be a politician when I am older and want to go to law school. I live in north Tucson so I will more than likely go to the University of Arizona. What should I do as far as classes, internship, and undergrad school goes?
And what should I do after high school? Get my Bachelor’s, take the LSAT and then law school?
Oh, and if this helps, weighted GPA is 4.42
The classes you choose in high school will have little, if any, bearing on your chances of attending and completing law school. Law school admissions are based on your undergrad GPA, your LSAT score, and, to a much lesser extent, your extra-curriculars. Just take whatever classes you think will be interesting, or whatever classes you think will look good to an undergrad admissions office.
