
I live in Arizona and am considering selling or what Forclosure / disadvantages of more than two.?
I have been informed by my real estate agent that short selling would not be a good option because banks (I have a 1st and 2nd) can come after me the difference and because the anti-deficit Z can not foreclosure. Also, I can be taxed on the difference, but I thought that hat was a law to give relief to this situation? It also calls be confirmed rather than foreclosure and said it would not be a good choice because problems even for a short sale.
This is not true. If done correctly, balance deficiency can be waived by the lender. I due to the sale for 4 years and have never left any borrower with an outstanding balance to be imposed to or paid. Many real estate agents do not "care of short sales to no longer receive their offer accepted, and conclude the sale as they are concerned about what that happens to you so be careful.
