Arizona Law Unemployment

I live in Arizona and I had some terrible news from the unemployment office:?

My former employer in Arizona told unemployment that I didn’t work there so I couldn’t get unemployment benefits. I have proof from my old check stubs and my W2 for 2008. Is this against the law and can I sue them for this.

Yes, it’s against the law and yes, you can sue them. Get an attorney, and do it NOW. Like on monday. The sooner you do it, the better your chances of success.
