It’s all moot, since Barack’s mother was a U.S. citizen, thus making him a U.S. citizen. My brothers were born in Germany, and they are U.S. citizens by birth b/c our parents are.

I can understand your continued confusion on this issue though, since when one searches Yahoo Answers, the Best Answers never include links to help resolve the matter. They tend to be selected based on voicing opinion consistent with the Asker’s position.
