During President Barack Obama’s campaign one of the most pressing issues discussed was Obama’s goal to improve the possibility of all Americans to receive a higher education. This not the only way President Obama is trying to help increase amount of mothers enrolled in colleges but, Obama also challenged universities, private institutions and technical schools to begin setting up private funding for grants and scholarships. Another portion of the new stimulus package includes the American Opportunity Tax is another aspect of the new stimulus package. This gives Americans $4,000 to help financially support those returning to school. The government is also using another tactic to increase re-enrollment which is Obama enhanced the funding amount per Pell Grants. The amount typically in the past was around $4050 to $5010 through increasing the funding Obama is directly encouraging mother to return to college for a higher education.  
With the numerous scholarships and grants mothers can apply to, moms owe it to themselves to begin a new chapter in their life the first step being returning to college.
