Should rappers STFU until after election day? Are they scaring off undecided voters?
.. are rappers scaring off some white voters? I have heard some white people actually say they are getting scared now. Its ok for actors, singers, athletes and politicians to support a candidate but as soon as a rapper does it people start to get scared. It has gotten to the point where the older rappers are telling all the other rappers to shut up with their barack obama comments and support because it may mess up Obamas chances. I find this unfair as if their voices can’t be heard just because they exercise their freedom of speech through music!
Yes & No. If whites are going to get scare base on what rappers say or rap about, I don’t think they were going to vote for Obama anyway. The Right has all kinds of their white celebrities speaking out. Bottom line: the final decision is up to you. It doesn’t take much. White folks get scared so easily.
