What qualifications does Barack Obama have to be president? What has he done in his career ?

Can anyone enlighten me on what exactly this man’s accomplishments are? Has he ever sponsored any important legislation? Why did he vote ‘present’ over 100 times instead of ‘yes’ or ‘no’ when he was a state senator in Illinois? And what do you think about him wanting to speak in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin? He had nothing to do with the fall of the Berlin Wall. The first George Bush was in office when that happened, and he modestly declined to speak at the historical place where Kennedy gave his famous “Ich Bin Ein Berliner” peroration, and where Ronald Regan uttered his famous ‘Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall’ speech. Does Obama think he is on a par with those former statesmen? He also says we need to learn to speak Spanish, yet he doesn’t speak it. And he put some sort of a seal with a latin inscription on his podium as though he were already president. Doesn’t this make him look like a typical, arrogant, narcissistic politician?
