Is Obama really gearing up for a civil war in the U.S?

Pretty amazing article this is the first paragraph:
“According to an obscure report in the European Union Times (EUTimes.net),
“Russian Military Analysts are reporting to Prime Minister Putin that US
President Barack Obama has issued an order to his Northern Command’s
(USNORTHCOM) top leader, US Air Force General Gene Renuart, to ‘begin
immediately’ increasing his military forces to 1 million troops by January
30, 2010, in what these reports warn is an expected outbreak of civil war
within the United States before the end of winter.” continued in article.
Do you think this is true? Would a complete coming bank/financial crash cause a civil war in America? What do you think?

I dont see evidence enough to go bats about this but I do think its plausible considering what we know about our leaders. It wouldnt hurt to buy some assault rifles and a few boxes of ammo though you know, just in case. Its believable because of its plausibility and thats enforced by the fact that like the Brits the Russian press isn’t constrained by the liberal slant that plagues our news media. The only flaw in this is it could be a case of wishful thinking on the Russians part because America falling into a civil war at least helps the classic Russian psyche All I can say is watch for large military movements in the north, if you dont see any by spring its just typical journalism gone wild. I don’t think Obama can find a General willing to support an assault on Americans, he would have to pool someone out of the UN to do this or maybe Club Gitmo North. Oh right it would be revolution not civil war. Civil wars aren’t decalaired before hand, it will probably be initiated as martial law.
