Should we not be glad that Barack Obama did not use tax payer dollars to fund his Campaign, and could higher taxes be avoided by either candidate?
Other countries pay lots more taxes than we do. Other countries manage to provide better healthcare, yet we remain in the dark ages compared to some nations instead of moving into the future……….with energy resolution, transportation and healthcare.
Do we think small regarding our time and dollar investments????

I think it was a brilliant move by Obama to forgo the taxpayer-funded campaign. Not only did he save public money but he is also able to collect as much donations and spend as much as he wants.
