Will Barack Obama sign the Kyoto Treaty?

I’m not asking for any personal opinions about Barack Obama. Please don’t tell me how much you love or hate him. I just want to know whether or not he will sign the Kyoto Treaty. Will the U.S. enter the Kyoto Protocol and make fuel standards on cars. Even China has stricter fuel standards than we do in America. The only other First World country not to sign the Kyoto Treaty was Australia. Without ranting and raving, would anyone care to answer this question and give a brief explanation?
If anyone is interested, I have another question here.

I think it’s a great idea.. It’s really gonna piss off big corporations. When he signs it, and I hope he does, the uninformed in this country are going to restart their usual blathering about “OH my god, Obama is putting us in the poorhouse, he’s against big business, he’s going to cost us jobs”
