Barack Obama: Global Poverty Act = World tax = Socialism
who has been ashamed of their nationality in the past?
I am an American and due to our long history of slavery, racism towards the original residents (Native Americans) praising of heroes like Roosevelt who put Japanese-Americans in concentration camps and Jefferson who owned 100 slaves from Africa, and invasion of countries for greed like Iraq are just because we disagree, I’ve been ashamed to be American- not to mention we didn’t ratify Kyoto on the global warming treaty.
Then I remembered apple pies, Hollywood, and the fact this is one the few countries that if you became a citizen it is easier to make to the top (my city is full of people who just came or parent’s just came to the US) and of course Barack Obama.
Not me, as an American. Why do you think that the vast majority of the world would do just about anything to become a citizen? Yeah, we have problems here. But how many Americans are running across the border to other countries to emigrate?
Just about zero.
