Create the CLO Obama to give your team!

"The leaven of true leadership can not lift others unless we are with and serve those who must be trained. "- Spencer W. Kimball

Since Barack Obama has worked as a candidate for U.S. President, I was impressed by Obama inspirational and very positive leadership style and, more importantly, with the effect and the impact their actions have on people around the world. The correlation between his style as an exceptional leader is valid in the ordinary world and I think most corporate executives and teams should be taking one more for a performance enhancement in large number of members of his team. This is why:

At the beginning of his campaign in the United States was in a state of fear, frustration and anger. Obama has been a breath of fresh air and boat tour around the U.S., which provides new leadership and new hope. Something always bring real leaders!

Obama must have studied the previous lessons of some U.S. presidents (Eg, Kennedy, Lincoln, Roosevelt, Eisenhower), and several leaders of truth (for example, Martin Luther King Jr., Robert E. Lee, Jack Welch), as it has adopted and is implementing many of their values, their skills and strengths.

With "Change, Yes we can! Messages," which combines his view that America can reinvent himself with the statement that everyone can play and must play a role in all this, no matter what kind of race, color or religion they have. "We all in the same boat, sailing in the same direction "is the indirect message that he brings.

His speeches and actions, all focused on change responsibility and accountability. The energy and the change that brings general spread like a virus and has a positive effect on the billions of people around the world. So far, meets all of honest passion, sincere, energetic, results-focused leader and high-processing. This is precisely what the United States and much of the rest of the world desperately need!

The former leader has created an environment of command and control, which justifies and sold in public by creating fear and all kinds of power and control strategies. It was a team in place, put barriers around many people and things. People began to hide and often blame each other (the finger), which is a natural response to a request command and Culture.
Obama's leadership style is a sharp contrast, because it creates an environment and culture based on core values, personal responsibility, hope, inspiration, transparency, collective positive goals, results, that is responsible and be part of something new and something big! In other words, is developing a team and the population of the United States are members of your team! Wow

We, the leaders, managers and entrepreneurs have the same task: to create and clearly communicate our vision, hope, passion, inspiration and the trip will take our team on! The collective energy to build your team (s) will result in positive mass! The best teams can have the greatest challenges. It will allow your team to find creative new ideas, innovations, new ways to collaborate, improve morale, improve performance and increase overall customer satisfaction! Everybody party and are motivated to participate in the challenges facing your organization. "Yes we can!" Yes we can! "And" I can! "It will be the rule!

Please do yourself a favor and ask yourself what is needed for you to create the Obama effect "on your computer (s) and organization. It will help you get the most out of your team members and encourage and train to do things they could not imagine that it is possible for them. When you start using messages of hope and inspiration, the rise will be naturally created. As long as they keep their communications brief, sincere, generous, open and honest!

Have fun creating the effect and opens Obama!

Thank you, my best wishes and success
