Roni Deutch Analyzing the four R's – the reasons why taxpayers

Turnover:
The most important objective, taxes on increased revenue for the government spends on education, transportation, employment, local governments, military and judicial systems. Without taxes to find funds to build schools and buy books for them would be incredibly difficult. Our country, and many others, is literally funded our own taxes. The individuals, corporations and small businesses every effort to ensure that taxed some of these funds, then return to our economy.

While a country is booming, there should be no future revenue through taxes. However, concerns have been raised in recent years or not the United States is doing with the expected return. Experts say the economy is sufficiently protected for the turnover of low-impact contributor days their daily lives.

Redistribution:
Many debates in order to use taxes for redistribution, but the main idea is to tax those who can afford (ie the rich) and use the money to fund programs for low-income families. The debate rages over whether this tactic is fair or if our government remains redistribute first. Current Presidential candidates disagreed with President Bush's tax cuts, in particular, where the candidates Barack Obama and Joe Biden feel the tax cuts to the richest Americans, totally against the purpose of redistribution in our tax system.

Re-price:
The tax system is also used to discourage and encourage. The tax on things like cigarettes and alcohol to discourage consumption substances. The idea of a carbon tax encourages consumption of fuel, but is also a bit like a penalty. Re-pricing is another main objective of the internal operation of our tax system, since it is a tax on all levels made great and equal, and everyone involved these taxable items. Re-price of everything going on the market in many ways to keep some balance and subtle control of expenditure.

Representation:
American revolutionaries often coined the phrase "no taxation without representation" for taxpayers to know that the government may be able to impose, but the responsibility is necessary. It is important that the citizens of the United States and the Government in terms even with taxes, and all grounds and uses of these tax revenues are available to the public in many ways. It's hard to remember that taxes are there to help, but the show always keep the information available.
