Barack Obama First African American President?
Barack Obama is technically bi-racial. His mother is white and father is black. I wanted to know why he will be considered just African American instead of bi-racial. I have several bi-racial relatives who consider themselves both, not just one or the other. I was just curious as to why one race should have more emphasis than the other.
