What sort of politics would Jesus have? Would he vote for Barack Obama or Sarah Palin?
If he walked the earth today would Jesus be involved in politics? Would he be a “fire and brimstone” preacher? A pacifist? A communitarian? A supporter of Barack Obama or Sarah Palin?
BTW – I’m an agnostic, lapsed Christian myself (but still very interested in religion).

Jesus refused politics.
The Jews tried to make him their King. He refused.
The Devil offered him all the kingdoms of the world. He refused.
When asked about his kingship, he said his kingdom is no part of this world.
If he wouldn’t rule on earth, why would he support any other earthly rulership?
