PART I:   GOD IS LIGHT!

          I am an Organization Development (OD) process consultant. My science-based leadership paradigm is an approach to leadership that is consistent with both the actual teachings and the actual leadership methods by both Jesus and his favorite disciple Saint John the Divine — as well as by the founders of other major religions, who all taught that God is Light. A recently invented (1999) aura tomography device makes it possible to prove that God is Light! Let’s all analyze the leadership methods of Barack Obama as an example:

Obama Has Climbed Jacobs Ladder!

     Jacobsladder.com is my popular public-service website about leadership psychology that describes how seven different universal personality types perceive Reality. To climb this ladder, go to the end of the website introduction, click on “Climb Jacobs Ladder,” and start on step 1. When you get to the very top of the ladder you will recognize the balanced reconciling moderate leadership personality of Barack Obama. So his aura would normally be a bright white, like the Archangel St. Michael is depicted in angel methodology.

     Shouldn’t we all climb Jacobs Ladder too? Otherwise, Reality will continue to be defined for all of mankind by the “rule or ruin” game-playing adversarial authoritarian personality described at the bottom of Jacobs Ladder, whose aura would normally be a dark murky red, just like the devil is depicted in angel methodology. Dark reds perceive higher levels of personality development as weakness.

     Since these seven personality types are universal and exist within all cultures, my new leadership paradigm is the only way to achieve world peace!

     Jacobsladder.com was created in 1997. It is my short simple summary of what all the sciences and all the religions tell us about Reality, as well as how and why each of the seven different personality types perceives Reality differently.

     This website, in combination with this recently invented aura tomography device, provide a new scientific method for helping children to learn to be their best and to do their best in leading their own lives and in leading others, as president-elect Obama himself has done. The big change that Obama promises is a quantum change in leadership and management processes that could transform cultures worldwide.

The Recent Election Process May Signal a Change in British Methods

     Ever since I started this research project, my research has been opposed and suppressed by the British Methodist leadership. And this research project has never produced any income. Yet I have invested everything in it! It has cost me my job, my career, and my family! The rule-or-ruin Methodists at the public university in New Mexico, where I started this project in 1972, told me that if I did not stop this research, that all of this would be made to happen to me – and that I would “end up sleeping under a bridge somewhere.” I was told that my research is about “esoteric” information, which means “only for the privileged few.”

     British Machiavellian leadership methods until now have been of the usual “rule or ruin” authoritarian type that has ruined the US auto industry, emptied the US Treasury, put the US hopelessly in debt, taken thousands of lives, and caused another Great Depression. They have micromanaged the lives of the rest of us like livestock.

     The Methodists would not listen to W. Edwards Deming, the founder of the OD approach to leadership and management. So he went to Toyota in Japan and empowered them to develop their organization by optimizing all their processes, including the leadership and management processes; while the US auto companies got rich simply using the US Tax Code by making monster-machines for the wealthy, who could (to quote a recent example) buy a $39,370 Dodge Ram Laramie for $38,370; write it all off as a first-year tax deduction; and save about $12,000 in taxes if they were in the top tax bracket. However, subsidies to big mostly British-American farmers are and have always been the biggest welfare program in America.

     Does the 2008 election represent a change in British-American leadership methods? The senior advisors for McCain, Clinton, and Obama were all British-Methodist political scientists. Obama’s OD leadership and management methods so far appear to represent a quantum change from the past. It appears that the stubborn Methodists have finally listened to Deming, myself, and others. Hopefully they are beginning a true transformation of the US culture!

     Although I use British-Methodist leadership and management methods as an example of the authoritarian rule-or-ruin personality that mankind must change, their past methods are not as bad as the leadership and management methods of most other cultures.
