A “nuclear free world” is one in which all the rouge nations have nukes and all the sane ones have no way of checking them.
About as much as I can toss the land masses their countries rest on. With a possible exception of slightly (but not by a lot) more trust for China (we do, after all, have strong economic ties with them) and Pakistan (who are never gonna clear out the Talis on their own).
