bp oil spill alabama coast

For weeks, we learned that BP will pay all legitimate claims. Although I have never heard exactly what they mean I assumes that the forms the applicant must meet to ask them to prove they have suffered a financial loss. But the losses that are not easy to quantify.
In 1969, Elizabeth Kubler-Ross wrote On Death and Dying in which he describes the five stages people go emotional when it comes to the knowledge of imminent death. Recently, the concept has been applied more widely – to suffer a catastrophic loss or disaster. Until now, people of the Gulf Coast seems to be that after a "T".
The first step is the "denial" and during the first month or more Most of us wanted to believe that a large company like BP would probably be able to crimp sealed and oil in sea than disperse. But it was not.
More is close to anger. Anyone who has seen the new saw the anger and rage mounted. Then comes the "negotiation" and see this stage that we million dollars to offset our losses.
Then comes "depression". I do not think that we entered this phase for time. But to come. And when it does, you will see an increase of people feel very anxious and very depressed. This is the phase me. So how is quantified by a heart attack or stroke? How can you prove that it is directly caused by the spill Oil? How can you say that an act of domestic violence or relapse back to substance abuse is the cause of the spill? How can you assign a value to a marriage that breaks under pressure losses? Is this part of the "legitimate claims"? How do you decide what is the monetary value of these losses? Long after the companies were offset economic damage physical and emotional will continue.
The last step is the "acceptance". Meanwhile, we have agreed with our destiny and try to move forward. Those who are affected by this tragedy will do just that – time. But not for long.
No doubt about it – we all go through stages of death and dying. And although it was sad to see that the environment and destroy industries suffer economic ruin watching the real figure in man's life is unsolved. Ultimately, this will be the greatest tragedy of all.
What are some of your concerns about the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico?
I live in Dauphin Island, Alabama and the oil is not too far from the East Coast. I just bought a beach house for me and my family can enjoy the water and white sand. Now I think we can say it was a waste of time and money. I am frustrated by BP. But I have a question if someone havent heard in the news or any mention informative. What will happen when this large hole in the surface of the earth is running out of oil? it would collapse reak more havoc opon the Gulf Coast, or cause more platforms to explode? Please share your thoughts and opinions?
The type I BP must be relieved of his command by not stopping it before, of U.S. should pay more than $ Be4 something serious happens two animals or the ecosystem (more than it already is). These new ERKS really all day hey! I also believe we should raise gas prices for quantities Extream and Europe, so we do not have another crisis like this happens again!
