BP CEO Says Oil Spill Isn’t Their Fault

Who is to blame for the platform BP oil spill?

I blame BP for actual spill. What that is the reaction of mismanagement, the spill occurred in one of their teams and they are required to stop and clean up the mess, with or without our help. I think the government should be involved in cleaning, but they should bill the Palestinian Authority. But although not responsible for the spill real BO is not blameless for their response to one or the other poor. I live in the State Washington where our ignorance senators requested additional regulations against drilling on land of our coasts.
