A large number of donations of hair were sent to New Orleans to help the cleanup effort, but BP is still far from using hair during booms. Trying to understand if it is a legal question, or if the hair is not an effective solution to the problem

The idea of hair does not work. Does not absorb oil and hair mats that quickly sink a disaster even bigger than oil. They tried.
