The most complex of vitamins B-complex these days are nasty additives that are added to the mixture.

A shopping trip short my local supermarket showed a load of unnecessary chemicals that were added to the supplements.

This article is a guide chemical products to be vigilant and avoid them.

What is a vitamin B complex? Vitamin A- B-complex includes all or part of eight separate soluble vitamins B complex-ups

According to the Encyclopedia Britannica, B vitamins help:

  • Several metabolic functions
  • Maintaining a healthy skin and muscle tone
  • Promoting growth of red blood cells
  • Improves the immune system and nervous system function
  • The fight against stress, cardiovascular disease and depression

The Natural sources include bananas, potatoes and beer unfiltered!

Unfortunately, today most of us turn to supplements that are not so natural.

Gone Shopping

I did a quick tour of my supermarket and food stores to see what was in the different B vitamins – Search for evil characters "?".

As usual, I was not disappointed.

Here's a quick list of additives that are on supermarket shelves:

Maltodextrin

A complex carbohydrate that is used as filler material at low prices. Always a staple supplements of low quality, manufacturers use this place more expensive ingredients that add nutritional value. Two pounds maltodextrin tablets made until 1600! More maltodextrin is available on our website (see the author bio below).

Titanium Dioxide

This is one the main components of white paint, originally discovered as a paint pigment produced in Norway and after mass U.S. 1921. The manufacturers use this color to the tablet and "bulk" up.

Unfortunately, the United States and governments the United Kingdom is a hazardous substance requires a date and security equipment (SDS).

The MSDS of titanium dioxide, said:

"WARNING! May cause irritation of the skin, eyes and respiratory tract. It can affect the lungs."

Does this sound like something you would like added to your supplements?

In its defense, the FS said the chemical is safe for ingestion, however.

All this information raises a question, though.

If the titanium dioxide causes irritation of the skin, eyes and lungs …

Do you want to eat?

I will leave that decision in their hands.

Mannitol

Mannitol is a sugar alcohol is widely used in various medical treatments (1). Its main function is to open the blood-brain barrier through reduction of a key pair and tissue is used to manage the treatment of Alzheimer's drugs directly to the brain and is sometimes used to reduce intracranial pressure.

Mannitol is also used a laxative at doses above 20 grams and is a main ingredient laxatives many children.

Where can you find?

In his supplement of B complex, of course.

Sound in its place? It is.

The manufacturers use to sweeten many vitamins and is totally unnecessary.

Magnesium stearate

Magnesium stearate is an agent of "flow" or a chemical that helps the flow of raw vitamin ingredients by machine. It is a cartilage extract of the animal (usually beef) and is a cheap ingredient has been added to the mixture that does not add much nutritional value.

When there are many agents of natural flow in the legs that work and add nutritional value, magnesium stearate other additives are not necessary.

Brief

Here is a brief list of additives wicked you must take into account a charge of type B complex vitamins:

  • Maltodextrin
  • Titanium dioxide
  • Mannitol
  • Magnesium stearate

All these add nutritional requirements for vitamins and are useless.

Each these additives in a supplement is an indication that you do not get a high quality product, whatever the price or the brand said.

Your only defense is to read the label and know what is happening in their supplements.
