We should not have a knee jerk reaction to this. Yes, there will be a lot more damage from this. Yes BP is responsible ... to some extent. To some extent the government inspectors, people are not responsible for negligence on our part. Why is it always tragedy waiting to become active and protest instead of being proactive and putting codes and stricter laws in place and enforces laws and initial codes to avoid such things happening. OK second realistic to think of all the public attention is being BP, all the problems that force them to face and put pressure on them and will run on them and other members of the industry.
