Canadian political party marijuana views?
Hey, thanks for looking into my question!
I, a Canadian citizen, am wondering what each major party’s view on marijuana legalization/decriminalization is. Could someone please enlighten me?
Major parties being Liberal, Conservative, NDP, Bloc Québécois, Green Party.
they all favour decriminalization except the conservatives. The reason we dont have decriminalization today is US threats to “snarl” the border with inspections if Canada makes it legal.
Those who advocate outright marijuana legality are the Greens & The NDP
