Civil rights: equality of citizens

The rights of a person or an individual by virtue of being a citizen, to participate in political life and civil state without any damage or presentation called civil rights. It also protects the citizen against any unwarranted action taken by the government or other private organization.

Civil rights exist in a state that offers its citizens the constitutional and legal guarantees. However, sometimes the constitutions mention the rights of a citizen, in any case should not enforce their rights against the State.
Civil rights vary in each country due to the difference of democracy, however, we can highlight some of the civil rights remains the most common. Some civil rights universally known to a person freedom of expression, thought and expression, religion, and a fair and impartial and taxation.

When the equal protection of the rights of citizens and laws are not insured, social unrest is growing among people. Between 1950 and 1980, the movement of civil rights around the world took place.
