That political philosophy not in international politics / relations?

Let me clarify. Feminism Realism Liberalism / Sex radical idealism / Marxism Note: I'm not talking about governments, but rather an IR / IP Forum. Personally, I like to think I'm a realist, liberal and Marxist depending on the context surrounding Note: Conservatism is a philosophy in this regard. It is rather an ideology how to run a regime or government. Who in turn classical liberalism (off topic) The options are given and how Why people addressing the challenge of how to deal with them. Want to see who can give me the best Reply to explain why. I mean that's the basic intro textbook here.

I suppose by definition, to be a classical liberal "… As for foreign policy, I agree with the fundamental principles set out in the following letter:" As President Bush addressed the United Nations last week, I could not help thinking that we have become incredibly bogged down in alliances "entanglement" another president George – George Washington – Powered protected. Unfortunately, many in Washington and the media seem to regard United Nations approval of our plans for more war important that a congressional debate on the subject. The U.S. has an absolute sovereign right to defend itself. We do not need permission from the UN or any other person to use military force. What is needed, however, is a declaration of war by Congress. Our Constitution allows the President to go to war simply because the UN gave him permission. When we ask permission, or even the adoption of United Nations United, we give credence to the terrible idea that U.S. national security is a matter of consensus internationally. America is the only decided to send his son and daughters to war. I am disappointed that the president has chosen to take over the American people with the Organization United Nations for the return to UNESCO. For decades, UNESCO has promoted its anti-American "education" agenda with our taxes. The President Reagan was right to withdraw American politicized and corrupt UNESCO, especially as supported by U.S. taxpayers a jump of 25% of its budget. Our new financial commitment of UNESCO is promised at least $ 60 million per year. Given our current problems of national economic security and immediate, no doubt we can not afford to send taxpayer dollars to promote United Nations – in particular, to an organization that actively promotes the values as opposed to those of the most Americans. Meanwhile, Russia and France that would be to support our war effort if the U.S. government guarantees for payment of debts commercial owed by Iraq. This amounts to nothing less than the purchase of allies. Incredibly, the U.S. Treasury can make good bad debts of Saddam Hussein, with taxpayers U.S. pay your bills without paying! Who can believe such arrangements represent an acceptable evil foreign policy? The root of the problem is that our insistence in accepting the notion of a world government globalist goal-sided. Participated global institutions like the United Nations, treaties global sign and send to our sons and daughters to fight in the global war that has nothing to do with the national interest. However, we also request the right to act unilaterally when it suits us to jointly define policies the world stage, and we excluded from most international standards. This schizophrenic approach inevitably gives us the worst of both worlds. We give our sovereignty, but do not make any real ally. We pay all the bills, the risk of the lives of our youth, and to invite UN to interfere in our domestic laws, but we have sown the seeds of discontent and hostility to go with the global community. All this because they have abandoned our Constitution and ideals of the founder of non-intervention in favor of internationalism. What is absolutely necessary today, is a coherent foreign policy based on security and U.S. national defense, free trade, a rejection of entangling political and military alliances, and a wholesale removal of more than U.S. influence in world government.
