When you consider the next 100 years in global politics, what system do you imagine will take hold?
A. A continuance of Western dominance either through the US keeping on to its sole super-power status, or with a dual US and EU global system.
B. China surpasses the US and becomes the sole super-power
C. We have a bipolar type system like during the Cold War with both the US and China as super-powers
D. We have an eastern bipolar system with both China and India as the rivaling super-powers
E. We have a Congress of Europe like system with no super-powers (all though one first among equals aka the British Empire during the Congress system, and the US in this system) and various great powers: US, EU, China, India, and to a lesser extent Russia, Japan, and Brazil. (This is what I think is the most likely outcome)
F. Maybe there is a formation of some type of Islamic Caliphate that rivals the current world order.
G. Something else
I see democracy growing as more countries want to enter into global trading, the people taking control of who is empowered to lead, is part of advancing civilizations. As far economic, probably a hybrid of socialism, communism & capitalism. The state controlling the distribution of energy, currency and major transportation will allow individuals to compete in business while none having the ability to put a choke hold on all other businesses.
