Do you think its wrong for Christians to execute the American-born al-Qaida spokesman?

All the this guy did was make 12 videos for Al-Qaida directed at mostly American Muslims to attack the untied states however almost no one has ever seen any of his videos and his views on politics and Islam where not really that unusual for a Muslim living in Pakistan. This American born Al-Qaida spokesman lived with his wife and child and never hurt anyone in the United States or fought in any battles against the Americans invading Muslim countries. Why should this man be put to death for only making propaganda videos that nobody has ever seen except for basically the US government ….If no one has been put to death for treason for over 50 years then why kill this man who never hurt anyone. I think Americans are killing him because he is a Muslim not because he did anything to deserve the death penalty.
