Fox News vs. MSNBC that we give to the facts?
Why not report on MSNBC Acorn on the front page? I have not found the same article, it does. This morning, I decided to see what people who choose to read MSNBC. I have not found Acorn article, but it was a half truth. "Rush Limbaugh said he hoped Mr. Obama would not. The article neglected to finish the sentence "would not allow a socialist program. Keep in mind, I'm not used Rush picked up on the radio .. It has never influenced me one way or another. Next http://www.msnbc.msn.com http://www.foxnews.com/index.html Fox I went to find this item Acorn on the first page http://www .foxnews.com/politics/2009/03/17/lawmakers-concerned-role-acorn-census /
MSNBC is horribly skewed to the left. Often watch "Morning Joe" is the only program that has a semblance of truth. Fox News tries to be "fair and balanced." I agree that rely the right – but when I see MSNBC me want to vomit. Chris has a tingling sensation in the leg?? What happens? Sucks! ACORN is an organization ridiculous in the last election, registered to vote dead – and you want them to have a portion of census products. This after Rahm was stupid enough to let we all know that his office would apply from now. Talking about Government f''ing High cat! If you work at any level of government at all – do not advertise what you do. You do it – that informs the public what effects. He blew it with the big mouth. I have it. I'm so confused by all these talking heads trying to promote their own agenda days in the throat. It's so damn obvious. For this reason, try to watch all three channels: CNN, Fox and MSNBC. I do not see NBC – pathetic. Katie O – Worse. I also draw on C-Span when I can. I know more than others, but I'm still confused, which is exactly where the administration wants us. Want not challenge hymns. I encourage you all to not only look at the small screen – but as documents that you can get your gloves. Not only the New York Times (ADB, but each even better) and the Washington Post. Try the Times. I try to take a look at the Times of London and the Toronto Star. This helps me get a more balanced perspective. All MSM is Obama in his pocket. This will change as people increasingly realize that their future is really screwed. It is already happening. And since when does the PEU go on Late Night Talk Shows comic?? What happened to honor the President Office? Let's trot by NBC for us to reach the nutjobs and increase profits for NBC in its advertising. Awful.

Niche News: The Politics of News Choice $28.81 Fox News, MSNBC, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Rush Limbaugh Show, National Public Radio – a list of available political media sources could continue without any apparent end. This book investigates how people navigate these choices. It asks whether people are using media sources that express political views matching their own, a behavior known as partisan selective exposure. By looking at newspaper, cable news, news magazine, talk radio, and political website use, this book offers the most comprehensive look to-date at the extent to which partisanship influences our media selections. Using data from numerous surveys and experiments, the results provide broad evidence about the connection between partisanship and news choices. This book also examines who seeks out likeminded media and why they do it. Perceptions of partisan biases in the media vary – sources that seem quite biased to some don’t seem so biased to others. These perceptual differences provide insight into why some people select politically likeminded media – a phenomenon that is democratically consequential. On one hand, citizens may become increasingly divided from using media that coheres with their political beliefs. In this way, partisan selective exposure may result in a more fragmented and polarized public. On the other hand, partisan selective exposure may encourage participation and understanding. Likeminded partisan information may inspire citizens to participate in politics and help them to organize their political thinking. But, ultimately, the partisan use of niche news has some troubling effects. It is vital that we think carefully about the implications both for the conduct of media research and, more broadly, for the progress of democracy. |
