You will not see this coming

Have you ever seen the joke to come when someone told a joke? This is not necessarily the narrator has made a joke poor, but the outcome has been obvious to you. Or maybe someone is telling a story but the moral was obvious to you, long before the person reaches? In the courtesy who have managed to get a smile or a nod of approval, but there was no surprise and humor for you.

Well here is a true story with an ending to be taken by surprise. Two congressmen have been punished for unethical behavior by the House of Representatives. One was a conservative who has taken a public position against abortion and pornography. The other was a gay liberal who has taken exactly the con-in public. The first admitted his guilt and the House voted on its own censorship. This has allowed his immorality, but challenging, argued that it was wrong and has refused to accept any discipline.

Despite the declaration of guilt and conservative spirit of repentance, there is no liberal news media continued to criticize the man label and a hypocrite, rather than focusing on his recovery. They were much more lenient with the Liberals despite their refusal to accept responsibility for their immorality. It seems that the media was more comfortable with secularism progressive than they were with the moral responsibility and sorrow for sin.

How are you things happen every day in our country. The news was impartial as always has been. Today, most news services are liberal and prejudice became the norm. We have come to expect a secular humanist inclination media. What most of us to go back a few decades, when the statement was fair and balanced.

Ready for surprise in the story? Unfortunately, these events occurred in 1984! It is true that 20 years ago. While it is true that the era of the far left liberalism was at its children and not as powerful as it is today, liberalism has always been and in fact the bed partner of progressive humanism.

The fact is that very little effort by Christian groups or movements really have much of a dent in the Liberal machine. In fact, he has continued to grow and impact society in a wicked way, although the challenges of the Christian Right in recent decades. And even the bad news. The bad news is that the fight against this trivial issue has taken a lot of Christians of the first line, where the real battle is being fought, namely, the conquest of souls.

Christians are too concerned with politics and what is happening in the world around us that writing is no exception. I'm not saying it should not be interested or involved, only that our commitment should not blind us to the accusation that our Lord has given us. This world is not our home. The kingdoms of this world are not our kingdoms.

We must be patriots. We must do our part as citizens. We must vote, participate in the military, just sign petitions and even join the protest if the cause is worthy of our time. We must rebuild our communities and participating local businesses that provide benefits to society. Are all the good things that are considered appropriate and good in the Scripture, but as in all things, there is a line that should not be crossed.

Concerned about news angle, perhaps something we can not help that we live in the impact of society, but the Bible says "Be anxious for nothing." We can not be worried about the fight against the liberal agenda, because we should be concerned the agenda of Christ. The concern, by definition, how to focus on something to the exclusion of everything else. Christians can not exclude large commission of their lives.

Was returned to society throughout history and will continue to degenerate. Immorality has reached epidemic proportions and it does so only worse. However, morality can never be law. Legislation forces of immorality in the dark. It makes regeneration the individual because of a corrupt moral change.

Christians are more hearts changed for sharing the gospel to seek legislative changes. There is nothing wrong with good laws, moral, but these laws are not very often, unless the law have been regenerated and purified by the blood of Christ. The time spent on the fight against liberalism is the time spent in futility. The announcement of the powerful word of God is the life for any society tide Turner.
