Pluralist Theory Politics

John Locke – Father of Lights – inspired U.S. Constitution

The social contract theory of John Locke provided the source of philosophy and an authority Government, both the United States Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. Jefferson borrowed phraseology freely Locke.

social contract John Locke stated in paragraph 5 of chapter titled "The principle of political societies" in his Treatise the second government. " He said that the will of the majority is the only source of authority for civil government. God and His law are ignored.

"And what begins and actually constitutes any society policy is that the consent of any number of freemen capable of uniting the majority … only, and that alone, or that could open to any legitimate government … "[John Locke, Second Treatise of Government (New York, NY: The Liberal Arts Press, 1952), p.] 56. This is the heart of social democratic theory – Notes the apparent exclusion of God and the governing authority of His Word.

With the model of Locke contract between individuals to a civilian government. God and His law is not party to the contract. The preamble to the Constitution of the United States adopt this model clearly: "We the people of the United States … do ordain this Constitution for ourselves and our posterity. "God is slighted, and Article VI, Section 3, prohibits requiring an officer to swear allegiance to God.

The Bible contradicts Locke's allocation of power to the majority. Romans 1:04 pm states "… there is no authority except from God. The powers that be are ordained of God."

Locke divided into factions, pluralistic society is condemned to different features. God judges a society that does not recognize the supremacy of Christ. The anarchy continues.

Without the living and true God and His law can not be justice. But contrary to popular opinion, Christianity, the founding fathers never used the Bible. There is only one reference to Scripture in the last four volumes of the series of notes compiled from the Constitutional Convention.

The Federalist Papers, written in defense of the Constitution makes no reference to the Bible. Having rejected God's law, the founders have been forced to use Locke's social contract and natural law call.

When Adam fell, was ousted in a dark world fell with him. Fallen mind of man can not correctly interpret the creation fall. "For the creation creature [] was subjected to futility, not willingly, but by who made the same in hope" (Romans 8:20). Searching Justice in the law of nature "or" natural law "is a futile exercise in a fallen world.

The founders opened the door for posterity arbitrarily reinterpret the social contract that vaguely articulated by John Locke. As our current desperate, the Constitution can not protect against refoulement social, economic and political.
