which foreign country is trying to create chaos in Nepal?

any role played by to support anti Maoist political parties like Nepal congress and revisionist unified Marxist Leninist party of Nepal which were loyal to erstwhile royal family.how can any body justify the defiance of a military officer who is foster brother of king gyanendra ?

I think China can not do much in Nepal in these days since they have their own problem with Tibet and some internal issues recently came up when workers are laid-off due to massive decline in their export shipment.

The prime suspect is always the India and its RAW that meddles into the internal affairs of it neighboring countries so that ‘submissive’ regimes are in power and obey India in such a manner that one day India can have enough regional muscle to ‘tackle’ its main-foe Pakistan and minnow-Bangladesh who are trying to exert independent foreign policies.

There is also likelihood that the Pakistani intelligence agency (ISI) may play some role in Nepal, but those ISI are ‘chechra’ (chickenfeed) in comparison to what havoc RAW can create.

It is hard to believe in these days that Obama government would keep on poking nose into Nepal as its nose is already bloodied in Iraq and Afghanistan, not to mention the tiny ramshackle pirates of Somalia are also making the life miserable for the US and world shipping business. However, one can not rule out involvement of the CIA in collusion with RAW into the internal affairs of Nepal.
