Request PGCE (Post Compulsory) now or later, with or without a job?

I want to teach-political level rather than London, and I started looking at some universities that offer the sixth issue. However, I want to know is whether start looking now as a university offering the PGCE (post compulsory) and apply to, or if I can apply later next year. I am a teacher in politics in the hope that it will improve my chances … but when it is exactly what I applied and a professorship in place before me? Furthermore, it could get government help in the form of a loan, etc, or should I support?

When I did part-time for two years, had to be in education to do because their qualifications were the basis of their work and observations. We could apply for grants, fees and government loans. I can also make full-time during the year but I do not know how it works and if you've been in education for it. I think it's possible that they will employ as long as you do while you are working part time. Why not apply for jobs as they come to nothing anyway lose:)
