He specializes in liberal studies to limit my career opportunities?
I have no idea what they want to specialize in, I love music and computers, philosophy, arts, politics, everything! I like to do a lot of jobs, education, computer work or any work related to music, or any other political office .... I think the choice of my career, Liberal Studies, because it seems like a great well rounded .. but I will not limit my career choices, because it is a major general and not specialized.
The purpose of the college is to learn in the field of knowledge that opens the door to his career. Liberal education seems more appropriate for someone who wants a non-specific title. It does that little or nothing. Only an employer shows teaching ability. I'd say take their general education requirements first. All grades would then by then you know what you decide you want to continue studies. It is not uncommon not to know. Many people who "think" they know what they want to study at university to the end, also changes. It was after completing the classes that are usually in the specialty.
