Would people be concerned with Senator Obama’s race if he wasn’t running for President of the United States?
Would he just be that Black guy Barack who works at the local factory or the scary stereotypical Black male?
No. If he’d just stay in his place and just play basketball. Or if he’s on the 6 PM news with his pants hanging down to his knees, he’d be alright. But, he’s running for the highest office in the land and needs to be brought back down. That’s not my feeling, but it’s the feeling of some folks, like it or not. I feel that he’s an intelligent, vibrant, young (but not too young) American man who’s fit to lead our nation the best!!!!!! I am all for him.
