A Long History of America’s Dark Side

Editor’s Note: Many Americans view their country and its soldiers as the “good guys” spreading “democracy” and “liberty” around the world. When the United States inflicts unnecessary death and destruction, it’s viewed as a mistake or an aberration.

can I see my son if I cant pay child support?

I have a year old son that I love more than anything.I have been seperated from my wife and my son lives with her.I am a full time student and I have about a year to graduate and since I go to school full time I dont work so I have no income.I recently had a misder meanor conviction which was a domestic violence assault against my Ex wife.
Can anyone please tell me since I had that misder meanor conviction and because of the fact that I go to school and I dont have a job so I cant pay child support, can I still see my son? what do I have to do? I live in Arizona and I dont know much about laws.

Child support and visitation are completely separate issues. You can see your son. You should see your son. You need to take a side job and pay for his support too.

Scottsdale Arizona Law Firms

Would you read the rest of this novella?

The salty, cool wind blew against the sandy blonde hair of Rebecca Pennington. Her once-white, but now blood stained sandals pressed against the hard sand, scattering flakes of the crushed rock over her manicured toenails and almost completely covering the single tattoo placed below her big toe. Her big blue eyes stared into the abyss of the ocean, scared of what had brought her here and even more afraid of what was going to happen next.
Rebecca wasn’t always the hot mess she looked today. Once, she had won the heart of the most eligible bachelor in Scottsdale, Arizona. His name was Rick Fenderfield. His silvery hairsat well against his tanned and smooth skin, and a small shadow of stubble always lined his graying face. When the two had met, Rebecca had been nothing but a slightly overweight bookworm with self esteem issues, and Rick had transformed her into a butterfly. At least, that’s what he told the numerous employees that Rick managed at the law firm in which he worked.

I honestlly wouldn’t, not because it’s not interesting or well written but because there is no spacing. I also prefer to read dialogues and I tend to skip the long explanatory parts/

Other than that, it seems interesting. Is it going to be some sort of romance book?

Does a legal separation in the state of Arizona stop liability?

I’ve got a family member who lives in the state of Arizona. This family member’s spouse has a huge problem with alcohol. If this person gets drunk and plows into a carload of people, would my family member be responsible if they have a legal separation on file?
My family member is hoping one day to reconcile?!?
Thanks-
PLEASE- only people familiar with the law respond. Thanks.

P.S. They haven’t filed yet, I’m trying to talk my family member into it.
I’m pretty sure that the title and insurance has been separated into two parties. What I mean is that they have 2 cars, one drives one and is titled and insured for that one, and the other drives the second.

If that family member is on title to the car that the drunk is driving you bet your a**. regardless if you are separated or not.
