Import and building kit cars in Canada

Did you know that under the Canadian constitution, a Canadian citizen, you have the right to build your own car and no way that any level of government can prevent you from doing that?

If you've seen the concept of building or importing a car kit at all, to be implemented through the Federal Government web page describing the cars eligible for import into Canada and noted states categorically that "car game – No one is permitted."

In his point of many manufacturers to abandon completely the dream of having a kit car because they believe that there is no way to be able to pass Federal DOT and it is a pity, because if you approach it correctly the dream a reality.

We have been importing cars in the game of 1997 and in that time have been successfully performed over 400 times. In the process of doing so acquired a great knowledge on the subject and what follows is a summary of the critical steps to use if you decide to import the car kit in Canada.

The first item on your list decide what equipment and the car company you want to work. Having decided to contact them and ask if they delivered one of its teams in Canada. If Have they should be aware of the requirements.

If not, you can let them know the requirements. Before entering the field conditions for a little back order is as follows. As indicated in cars DOT stated the website before the kit are not allowed to Canada. This starter kits allowing the difference between a home kit and car kit is a starter kit is a kit car that has no brake components, steering, suspension, fuel systems and wiring.

Going back further underlying principle is that the DOT is trying to enforce that try to reduce the number of cars on the highways built by certified manufacturers. A certified manufacturer for the likes of Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, etc, which give six examples of each model that can drive on walls to ensure that dummies survive.

Luckily as a builder of your vehicle are not required to meet the same standards that the builder certification Department of Transportation recognizes that the imposition of this restriction imposes an impossible standard to meet and cons who steal your rights under the Constitution of Canada that prevents you from building your own car.

One key aspect to consider is that under the law, you can not make a complete set and divide multiple submissions of the same company to do so is a violation of federal law and there appliable most severe sanctions may be imposed on you if I were captured, while that red handed, so if the company chose to work with suggests that they have in the past and would be willing to do for you the best course of action is to give hem politely thanks for your time and find another company that is willing to play by the rules, because it is you who ultimately suffer the wrath of the Commission Federal Government of Canada. and not them.

So with this background color how to try to make your choice is to ask whether they are ready to remove elements specified in the list for the car kit package and send you a copy of this list package that can pass the Federation Department for Transport Canada its assessment of whether the issue would be your opinion, be considered a kit car or a starter kit. Here even if society is unwilling make your only option is to move forward and continue their search for the company that is willing to work with the Department of Transportation and therefore can legally import the car kit.

Once you have found a manufacturer that is willing to work within the rules, have the car kit you want and who obtained approval in principle by the Federal Ministry of Transport The next thing will happen is you pay for the kit in advance and be prepared to wait several weeks after payment while the process of DOT documents and issues that need the approval letter. Advance payment required by the Transportation Department documents require an invoice

Once the list to pack untrusted to return to your chosen provider are instructed to lock the items in the list of approved activities on this issue. This is important because if the car arrives at the border with Canada Canada Customs decides to make a detailed inspection of the contents of your kit and it does not exactly what the package with the states at the bottom are in a world of pain. All the worst kit can be used by Canada Customs never seen again. So as you can see, it is essential to play and trust your supplier of choice to play by the same rules because it is you who are suffering and if no problems crossing the border with his kit car.

Do not worry if not the first attempt by the Department of Transportation and tells you that the list of packages that are presented is not acceptable. Provided that your chosen provider is still willing to work with you, just remove the offensive components of the list and submit it again. Of course, a challenge is often only tell you that the list of activities is presented is not acceptable without giving any indication that at least initially know why. When this occurs, the best course of action is carried out either by e-mail or pick up the phone and contact them directly and ask them what they have contested. Typically, they will tell you they a problem and as mentioned above eliminates the problem components and resend the package list.

Once the list is not trusted to send package to your chosen provider with instructions to block the items on the list of approved activities on this issue. This is important because if the car reaches the Canadian border and customs of Spain decided to make a detailed inspection of the contents of your kit if it does not match exactly what the package states at the bottom are in a world of pain. In the worst case, you're kit could be used by Canada Customs never seen again.

So as you can see, it is essential to play and trust your supplier of choice to play by the same rules, as it is facing and not in case of problems crossing the border with your car kit.

If you make your own kit to cross the border when you lift the station agent of the Canadian border Tele Customs Service has a DOT approved refrain starter kit at all costs to use the car kit because the officers of the words all customs know that team's cars are not allowed in Canada and, indeed, you have no car kit you have in your own evaluation of the Department of Transportation a starter kit, is that Canada Customs' car kit used and it is important that you keep re-emphasized not Kit Car Starter Kit. Although the Department of Transportation has approved the delivery order to call Canada Customs regarding if the game is permitted in the country and if they feel it is a car kit that will not be allowed to enter

In the case that even if you have all your papers in order, but you have a customs official had an argument with his wife this morning and a man in a world not to argue with the Canada Customs staff to be polite and asked what should be done the most likely answer will have to resume indicates that should happen will have to take it back and find a place to store at most border crossings, it is usually a warehouse somewhere that can be rented for a day or two at relatively low cost, while resolve this problem. So if this has happened to his next course of action is to call the Department of Transportation in Ottawa and explain what happened and asked them to provide with a customs official in question is usually all that is going to take and usually get their power from your computer and put it in the fee for border and be on your way.

When, after reading this, you decide it sounds like too much hassle contact with us to discuss how we have to import your vehicle to your name.

Can my friend around Hong Kong for payment of return to Canada?

My friend is in his final and third year as a teacher of ECE in Hong Kong and wants to leave half a year early rather than personal reasons. In the last month have been told you have to pay back pay worth 20,000 HKD in the MPF, about 20,000 HKD in the next years taxes (paid in January 2011) and will pay the school work for two months' salary (aprx. 40,000 HKD) for breaking the contract. She already has booked a flight to Canada in December and I wonder what would happen if she decided not to return to Hong Kong. Would be exempt from all charges as long as she travel?

The government could obtain a court ruling against him and theoretcially could be enforced in Canada., But would be highly unlikely.

What kind of car should I buy?

I'm considering buying a new truck. I will use as my main mode of transport and probably puts me least 30,000 km per year to make the annual journey across Canada to see my people. I'll be carrying my boat at times too, so I need a beautiful and powerful car. I'm single, so do not need any family-oriented things. I love the Ford F150, but I'm always open to suggestions as this is my first vehicle. I'm looking to get a 2010 or it might wait until 2011 and do not need the car right this minute. (I live on base, so do not go very far) I would like spend less than $ 35,000 before taxes

As someone who actually is a consequence, almost all trucks in the market for thousands and thousands of miles, I could not say you want to buy. Not all are equal, are different and not so easy to compare the largest amount that would be. All trucks have their strengths and weaknesses. If you ask questions in this way, you will get many fanboys that gives BS answers. The F150 is a good option, but there are many other large trucks underestimated there. If you want to find what is right for you, you need to research and should compare yourself.

internet affects politics
Do people actually get paid to troll the Internet to affect politics and society?

I've always heard the speech accusing a poster to get paid, it was always supposed to say that this person had simply tried to be as strong have been paid. Or do something that a person would pay for it. But their work is really where you can get paid to go to supplement their income? Is this real?

I really doubt it. Who pays you to troll in S / Aj, Infowars or elsewhere?
