He cannot complete a sentence without stuttering and saying “er, er, er, er.”
It’s really embarrassing to watch him give live broadcasts. And to think he was elected? He’s live speeches are worse than Bush’s!

he is very unpolished on his public speaking unless it is a written speech when he talks about something not planned he can and will say anything like accusing Ms Reagan of having seances and calling his self a mutt during a news conference that was one reason he falied at being a lawyer
